Meat Is Good, Beer Makes It Better

We recently reported that Meat Is Good and now comes exciting news - beer makes it even better!  The Economist reports on a recent article in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry that found adding a dark beer marinade reduces the formation of dangerous polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) when grilling meat.
